Family Kickball

Come join us with our first ever Family Kickball Games! Open to ages 7+ and their adults (by Sept 24th).

Since this is a family tournament, at least one adult AND one child must register and play every game together. Everyone in the family age 7+ is welcome to play.

We will NOT be coaching or going over any rules/techniques at the tournament so we recommend that every player has some experience or practices with their family at home to make sure they understand how to play the game. We will send out our unique set of rules to review.


Season - Tuesdays

We are offering 4 different dates. Pick and choose what works for you, 1 or all 4!

Please review the dates and only sign up if you can commit. An absent family risks your team not having enough players and forces them to forfeit.

Our 4 week tournament runs from Tuesday, September 17th- Tuesday, October 8th.

Games are on Tuesdays at 9:00 am.

60 minute matches.

Cost: Registration March 15th!

The current cost is $3 per participant.

Early Bird Registration is $3: March 15th - May 14th
Regular Registration is $5: May 15th - July 15th
Late Registration is $10: After July 15th

Your registration is not complete until full payment has been received.

Volunteer - Required

We are a nonprofit. To keep your cost low we don’t hire coaches (or have any paid staff for that matter) but rather ask that every family volunteer to help in some way. We can only survive with your help! When registering please tell us how you would like to volunteer.

Please note that it is required of every family to volunteer in some way.

Some options include:

Team Captain (organize your team, set a lineup if needed, keep score)
Field Set Up (arrive 15 minutes early to help set up the fields)
Equipment Manager (be incharge of a set of bases to bring to the field each week)
Fundraising Promoter (Spread the word about fundraising options and how to offset costs)
Photographer (Take action shots and team photos-Upload online)
Snacks (work within a provided budget to buy snacks, distribute to all teams)

If you would like to volunteer in some other way, please let us know.

Teams

You can request to be placed with another family on the same team. We will do our best to honor your requests but it is not guaranteed.

All teams will have ~10-16 players. We will try to keep the ratio of kids/adults about the same for each team.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued for classes as follows:

Before July 15th a full refund will be provided, minus a $5.00 processing fee.

After July 14th a refund will be issued at 70% of the purchase price.

No refunds will be issued after the start of the session (Sept 13th).

Inclement Weather

We will send out all weather-related cancellations no less than one hour before scheduled start times via email.

Kickball may be canceled in the event of inclement weather, facility closure or unsafe temperatures.

Canceled events will not be rescheduled.
